South Bend Embodied Playground

This event is facilitated by Shane Solar and Eve LeVeque. Together, their deep passions collide into this workshop that is sure to leave attendees feeling vibrant, confident, and connected to others. The night will include somatic partner pratices, breathwork, and movement to play with the different energies that swirl around us every day, as we interact with other humans. 

Shane is a seasoned mens' work facilitator and coach living in NYC. He travels often and has a perspective that is unique becasue of his life experiences. Men and women connect easily with his kind heart and analytical mind. 

Eve's passion exists in the women's embodiment space, as well as providing trauma informed breathwork to her clients, both men and women. You will find her use of humor and direct communication easy and refreshing to relate with.
