September Women's Embodiment Circle

Join us for an evening of embodiment practices, breathwork, and connection. It can be intimidating to step into a space of all women. This circle is a place where you can rest in knowledge that women are safe to be around, even welcoming. This circle has been meeting for over a year, and the women that have joined us have left feeling a deep connection to other women without having to be besties. Women are invited to see that we are more alike than different, and that we are all just craving what once existed amongst women- safety in our softness.
