We gather together monthly to use movement, sound, and breath to come together and heal as a collective.
The night will consist of embodiment parctices, breathwork, vocalization, somatic exploration of self. It can feel very vulnerable to attend a circle of women. This group is a beautiful gathering of women that offer a space of true non-judgment. Show up as you are.
