January Women's Embodiment

Circle with a group of women that gather together to explore the deeper parts of themselves. We have been gathering for almost 2 years now. This circle loves to welcome new and returning women.

We will move through embodiment practices using our breath, movement, sound, and other somatic practices. This is a space of non-judgment and is healing to be around women in an environment where every one is being introduced to something new.

Past circles have explored the themes of Medicine Purses, Vulnerability, Fractal Work, and will continue to grow and build on these types of themes. When women come together with cautious vulnerability, they heal the deep wounds of sisterhood that are carried throughout life.
