About the event
A floating sound bath is a meditative experience that combines the calming effects of water and sound vibrations.
Floating: Participants lie on floating mats in a heated, indoor pool while be guided on their journey with the sthereal sounds of instruments being played all around them.
Sound: Instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes create soothing sounds for the journey.
Please bring the following:
Towel
Water in a closed container
