Join Meka Leach and Eve LeVeque as we honor one year of Women’s Embodiment Circles in South Bend! Mindfullness with Meka will be offering a Family Sound Journey! Join Meka Leach for a Family Sound Healing meditation made for children and adults. It will include instruments from all over the world including: drums, rattles, crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and the digeridoo. This journey will include sound meditation, mindful breathing, creative bonding and talking time.
