Cannabis + Breath

You bring your medicine. I'll provide the breathwork guidance. This breathwork circle will allow your system to rest after a long week. Upon registration, you will receive the Zoom link for our gathering. Doors open at 9:15EST. Please use this time to drop in, get settled, and create a space free from distractions. Doors close at 9:35 in order to start creating the container we will breath in together.

Have your medicine nearby as we will be working with it during our time together. If you are working with an edible, please plan to have your edible in your system about 30 mins before the gathering starts. It is nice to have a dimly lit room, maybe a candle flickering nearby.
