August Women's Embodiment Circle

We invite you to come circle with us. Through somatic practices, breathwork, and sound, we will connect deeply to our inner selves. This circle is a great introduction to embodiment work and is a gentle way to explore and express your desires and vulnerabilities.

The invitation is for you to show up in a space where you can relax and soften in a space with other women that desire to heal the hurts of the past. Individually and collectively. We love welcoming new and returning women to our circle. Please feel comfortable reaching out with any questions beforehand.
